Full-Time VIP Customer Service
1. Proficient in the features and ways to play live streaming, understand the needs and psychology of users
2. Responsible for establishing contacts with users, collecting, compiling, analyzing and managing user information.
3. Distinguish & know the different services for users, answer questions and maintain good communication with users.
4. Continue to follow the condition of users every day, and create strategies to maintain and increase user activity, and provide guidance in refilling.
5. Coordinate and analyze various effective activities that are in line with the operational team’s policies / plans, and also help the operational team to c ollect questions and feedback from users.
6. Responsible for creating and operating some events for paying users. Like family prestige or others.
7. Finish weekly report to the team leader in time.
1. Minimum bachelor degree education (S1) above in all fields, If there is work experience related to customer service will be more preferred
2. Fluent in spoken and written English and Malay
3.Accept 3 shifts work and work on public holiday
4. Good image, good temperament / personality, experience in sales is preferred
5. Like the internet, and can quickly adapt to the field of live streaming
6. Having good communication skills, being able to analyze the user’s psychology and able to take initiative in order to provide good service
7. Able to work under pressure, able to respond to problems, make timely and rational
