Part-Time .Software Engineer (Yearly Renewable Contract)

Location: Shah Alam – Kota Kemuning Industry Area
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer for a yearly renewable contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong programming background with at least 1 year of professional experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, and MS SQL Database is essential. This role requires immediate application of programming expertise and is not intended for on-the-job learning. Knowledge with Microservices and Google Remote Procedure Call (gRPC) will be advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications using Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, and MS SQL Database.
– Work closely with Customer’s team and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
– Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, ensuring performance and reliability.
– Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and other quality assurance processes.
– Document software development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
– Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
– Minimum 1 year of professional experience in software development with a strong programming background.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, and MS SQL Database.
– Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Relevant degree or certification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

– Position Type: Yearly Renewable Contract
– Duration: Review every 6 months, with the possibility of renewal based on performance, etc.
