Your role in the team
As one of our Senior React Developers, you’ll be part of a newly created team of React Developers who will be helping to produce amazing and inspiring customer facing websites for our e-Business platform. These websites are a massive part of our revenue growth strategy – so no pressure! You’ll have the chance to use your sharp technical skills and you’ll know what good looks like… At times, you’ll have the opportunity to lead from the front, give your colleagues strong technical direction as well as having the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to deliver quality solutions on time.
Skills needed
You’ll have the full range of skills that all great JavaScript Developers possess as well as being strong around React, be comfortable around TDD/BDD and have a good understanding functional programming. Your experience will enable you to encourage and inspire those around you to deliver awesome projects. Your technical skills and experience should include HTML5 and CSS as well as other skills like Redux. You’ll almost certainly have great experience working in Agile focused development teams. Your communication skills will be first class as you communicate with stakeholders and encourage those around you. Your passion for delivering brilliant, commercial websites for our fast growing business will be relentless.
