Full-Time Sales Customer Service

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Included but not limited to:

  • Understanding of product functions, usage, policy and services, with excellent learning ability, customer service and knowledge;
  • Guide and assist customer in software operation, establish relationship with new and existing customer through excellent customer service, eventually convert into sales;
  • Ensure the completion of the Company’s business goals;
  • Responsible for recording, classifying, sorting and feedback on customer feedback, analyzing and feedback to the immediate superior;
  • Properly resolve general customer complaints and make corresponding system record;
Requirements:
  • Excellent spoken and written Malay, English and Chinese. Experience in customer service and sales experience in internet and finance industry is preferred;
  • Skilled in using office software, excellent fresh graduates are also welcome;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good professional ethics, good at communication and coordination, and good teamwork awareness
  • Willing to work on public holiday and overtime, rotating shift
