Internship Internship – Sales & Marketing Support
Job Description
Location: Jalan PJS 1/27,Petaling Jaya,Selangor.
Duration: 4–6 months
Allowance: RM900 – RM1200

We are an innovative software company specializing in maritime solutions. Our mission is to help Oil & Gas companies optimize operations through technology. We are seeking driven interns who want hands-on experience in sales and marketing while learning about the global maritime business.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and send product information emails to prospective customers.
- Call customers to confirm receipt of product information, answer basic queries, and arrange appointments for the sales team.
- Assist sales team with inquiries, proposals, and presentations.
- Research maritime companies and maintain an updated lead database.
- Support preparation of sales and marketing materials for campaigns.
- Update CRM/sales tracking tools with customer interactions and responses.
- Participate in sales/marketing team meetings and contribute ideas to improve outreach efforts.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Interest in sales, marketing, or the maritime/technology industry is an advantage.
