Full-Time Banking Mandarin Customer Service

Job Description

    • To be the first line of contact for customer by handling inbound calls, email from Bank customer
    • Provide information to customers with regard to general product inquiries as well as understanding customers’ needs, identifying issues and providing solutions to customers.
    • Ensure calls are handled with professionalism and efficiency, maintain overall customer satisfaction and increase customer loyalty.


    • Diploma in above
    • Fresh grads are welcome to apply
    • Able to work in a 24 hour rotating shift
    • Able to converse FLUENTLY in Mandarin
