Full-Time Banking Mandarin Customer Service
- To be the first line of contact for customer by handling inbound calls, email from Bank customer
- Provide information to customers with regard to general product inquiries as well as understanding customers’ needs, identifying issues and providing solutions to customers.
- Ensure calls are handled with professionalism and efficiency, maintain overall customer satisfaction and increase customer loyalty.
- Diploma in above
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Able to work in a 24 hour rotating shift
- Able to converse FLUENTLY in Mandarin
