Full-Time Admin Executive
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in handling the day-to-day administrative and operational matters including monitoring of deadlines and follow-ups on instructions of the Chief Operating Officer besides performing general secretarial functions.
Responsible for carrying out administrative and general office duties.
Perform administration duties and handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Making appointments, travel arrangement, hotel reservation, arranging & coordinating business schedule, itinerary and general correspondence, prepare minutes of meeting.
Organize and manage confidential documents, correspondence, records and maintain an organized filing for smooth data retrieval.
A positive thinker with multi-tasking abilities and a sense of responsibility.
Undertake special assignment ad-hoc functions and business-related tasks as and when required assigned by the superior from time to time.
This position reporting directly to Chief Operation Officer.
